Brownie Pop Wedding Favors
Brownie cake pops - these are made from chocolate cake mix, although any other flavor would work well too. Bake cake as directed and cool. Using your hands, crumble the cake into uniform crumbs. Use just enough buttercream icing to roll each one into a ball, and place in the refrigerator or freezer to harden. A little bit of melted chocolate with help you insert a lollipop stick into each ball, and then refrigerate again to make sure the stick is secure. Dip the cake or brownie pops in melted chocolate, slightly tapping off the excess and place on parchment paper to dry.
