What is an unconventional bridal bouquet? In my view, a bouquet made out of paper, feathers, succulents, straw, wheat or whatever else isn't a bunch of long stemmed roses - that was unthinkable only 20 years ago. Be proud to call yourself an unconventional bride. A bride that loves red roses but would rather hold a bouquet of red and white origami flowers. Cast aside the traditional belief that hydrangeas or tulips or cala lilies are your legacy - choose a beautiful bouquet that reflects your personality, your style, your taste. What I love about these tea party centerpiece ideas is that vintage china teacups and teapots are relatively inexpensive at thrift stores, church rummage sales and even on Etsy, where today I found an antique Victorian teapot, sugar and creamer set for only $22. The creamer had a fine hairline crack - hardly noticeable - and the sugar bowl was missing its lid. Three beautiful gold-rimmed china pieces with hand painted pink and burgundy flowers that would make three stunning tea party centerpieces for less than eight dollars each.

Wedding cake brooches - a bit of elegant sparkle and shine to decorate the cake you so carefully and lovingly selected. One or two well-placed rhinestone brooches can dress up the most ordinary white fondant wedding cake. And when the cake has been shared and celebrated, simply remove and clean the brooches. These precious rhinestone pins that once adorned your favorite cake can now be attached to scarves, belts, blazers, handbags, and hats or made into elegant shoe clips and hair combs.
