Delicious Bridal Shower Brownie Recipes

There isn't a birthday, barbeque or bridal shower that my daughter-in-law Karen shows up for - without homemade brownies in hand. Any decadent dessert made with chocolate chips always deserves our undivided attention. These brownie recipes use good old fashioned semi sweet chocolate chips, but did you know Nestle also makes butterscotch, caramel, mint, cherry and pumpkin spice? I love brownies that are easy to make (thank you handy parchment paper) and easy to take. I've even included a low fat brownie made with cocoa and delicious dark chocolate - both containing more powerful antioxidants than most other foods.

Cheesecake Swirl Brownies - A rich, (crowd pleasing) homemade brownie recipe with a creamy cheesecake center made of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and sour cream.
White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Blondies - A beautiful "blonde" white chocolate brownie, with a moist yellow cake texture and fragrant cinnamon sugar filling.
Decadent Low Fat Fudge Brownies - Creamy low fat Greek yogurt makes this a lighter version of your favorite chocolate brownies plus the added benefits of ground flax seeds - fabulous fiber content and loaded with heart healthy omega-3s.
Cookie Dough Brownies - If you're more than blown away about plain old chocolate brownies, this might not be the recipe for you.  Your friends, no doubt, will love the extra effort of a beautiful brownie topping made with fresh butter (I always use unsalted), brown sugar, vanilla and your favorite chocolate chips.  If you're pressed for time - this cookie dough frosting would work well with store bought brownie mix too.
One Bowl Brownies - Just like the name promises, combine all your ingredients in one large bowl except for the chocolate chips (sprinkled on top right before baking).  Five large eggs and fresh cocoa powder make these extra rich and gooey.  Five minutes to prepare and 30 minutes in the oven for quick and delicious homemade chocolate brownies.
