Elegant Candlelight Wedding Centerpieces

Under the soft glow of a romantic candlelight centerpiece - what better place to relax and enjoy something new and exotic like Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi "grilled to perfection" with a Coconut Butter Cream Sauce. Your guests have overcome traffic and tolls, there's no place they'd rather be than sharing your joy in this warm, dimly lit room. They sit close together sipping Seagram's Whiskey and Sprite, and gather together for favorite family stories and songs. Soon the celebration will be over, but no one will forget how cozy and comfortable they felt the day two hearts became one.

Unforgettable Wedding Menu Signs

As inviting as all of these wedding menu signs are, the first one makes me happy and hungry. For starters, pulled pork is a family favorite and if you've never made it you need to do it today. Any large pork roast, boneless or not it doesn't even matter, add to the Crock Pot (with a little water) and let its delicious juices simmer overnight while you sleep. Tomorrow, after the meat has cooled, pull it apart with your hands (discard the fat and bones). Even a bottled barbeque sauce added to this magnificent tender meat, will make it your most requested meal at picnics, potlucks and every 4th of July.

Romantic Vintage Wedding Ideas

These romantic vintage wedding ideas will never go out of style. Falling in love today is no different than when your favorite grandmother fell for that breathtaking Italian boy from the Bronx back in 1956. Some things never change. In our everyday life, we are more consumed by technology in all its forms. A vintage style wedding transports us back to a simpler time - of hugs and handshakes, fresh air and family, and great conversations face to face.

Most Exquisite Mehndi Hand Tattoos

Mehndi hand tattoos like these - are they only for Indian brides? While very common in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, they're becoming more attractive to brides in the West. They are applied in pre-wedding celebrations with a bride, her closest friends and female relatives. Often the groom's name or initials are creatively hidden in the elaborate mehndi designs. It's a well-loved Indian wedding tradition when a professional mehndi artist arrives to apply a henna paste with a stick or plastic cone. Sugar and lemon juice are applied to make the tattoos darker and then the area is wrapped to lock in body heat and create the most intense colors. These breathtaking henna hand tattoos will last from one to three weeks.

11 Stunning Naked Wedding Cakes

Back when I was whipping up my well-loved buttercream and turning out more traditional wedding cakes in my tiny little bakery here in Virginia Beach, there was no such thing as a naked wedding cake. But years later, I'm completely hooked. These rustic cakes with their lovely unfrosted layers and randomly placed cherries and fresh strawberries, are as inviting as ice cold watermelon on the 4th of July. Here are my favorite unfrosted wedding cakes, each one more lovely than the next.

Exciting Popcorn Wedding Bars

What makes a popcorn bar so exciting is simple and sweet. Freshly popped corn with delicious additions such as: roasted peanuts, M&M's, Reese's Pieces, marshmallows and semi sweet chocolate chips. Chalkboard wedding signs are elegant and eye-catching, but hand painted signs such as "scoop, shake and sprinkle" are as inviting as the first day of summer to a ten year old kid. And what about popcorn toppings? Provide them everything from barbeque to bacon cheddar, caramel to kettle corn. All the ingredients needed for a fun and entertaining popcorn wedding bar.

Budget-Friendly Winter Wedding Centerpieces

You have a natural talent for creating winter themed wedding centerpieces. And so do I. Because I love to handle vintage glasses and goblets donated to thrift stores, especially when they sell for a fraction of their original price. And because I learned - first hand - that the most gifted floral designers have no problem borrowing gorgeous greenery from their own backyards to fill out centerpieces, bouquets and even boutonnieres. Anything available - from pine branches to berries - to make a sensational winter centerpiece for five dollars instead of fifty.

11 Breathtaking Eucalyptus Wedding Ideas

I find these eucalyptus wedding ideas so breathtaking because I grew up surrounded by the fragrant smell of these tall flowering trees. With over 700 species of eucalyptus in Australia, they were sent over and introduced to my home state during the California Gold Rush because our climate was so similar. Not too hot and never humid, it was a perfect day to play for every kid on summer vacation from June through September. Even my wedding the first week of December was a very cozy and comfortable 72 degrees. There was no way to know that surrounding our malls, churches and middle schools, these tall fragrant trees would make rustic wedding decorations so charming and unforgettable as these.
